Qualifications:
• Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Public
Administration, Management, or related field
• Six (6) years progressive and related work experience for Diploma and 4 years
undergraduates
• Experience in construction industry in added advantage
• Experience in management a large number of people.

Skills Required:
• Construction experience is a plus
• Supervisory and management skill
• Computer literate with good knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Swahili
• Proactive, energetic and ability to work under pressure.
